We wrapped up our Equine-Assisted Learning Program with the VSU Sci-Tastic Camp today! 🤠🐴🧡💙

To celebrate all they learned throughout the week, each camper earned an orange or blue Western hat and bandana to take home.

Over the past three days, campers learned to recognize and express their emotions, greet others with confidence, understand the importance of good hygiene, proper nutrition, and staying hydrated. They also explored basic horsemanship skills, including grooming, horse safety, and learning about horse tack.

It was a joy to watch their confidence grow and see them engage each day with our sweet girl, Lexi.

A special thank you to Dr. Cain, Ms. Shelton, the VSU Camps staff, our amazing Blunt Legacy Farm volunteers, and of course Lexi 🐴 for helping make this such a memorable experience.
